Birthday Celebration of Fr. Anish Mathew at St. George Indian Orthodox Church Brisbane
The St. George Indian Orthodox Church Brisbane family gathered on Saturday to joyfully celebrate the birthday of Fr. Anish Mathew at the church.
The event was filled with heartfelt prayers and warm wishes, as parishioners thanked God for the gift of Achan’s life and ministry. The congregation expressed deep gratitude for his faith, wisdom, and leadership, which continue to inspire and guide the parish community.
A special prayer was offered, followed by a message of blessing:
“The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make His face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn His face toward you and give you peace.” — Numbers 6:24-26
The celebration concluded with fellowship and the cutting of the birthday cake, marking a joyful occasion for everyone present.
