Cardiac Health Talk by SDOF Brisbane – 22 June 2025

Brisbane, 17 June 2025 — In a community-driven effort to promote heart health awareness, the St. Dionysius Orthodox Fellowship (SDOF) of SGIOC, Brisbane, is set to host a Cardiac Health Talk on Sunday, 22 June 2025, following the Holy Qurbana at 479 Mt. Petrie Road, Mackenzie.

This session, a part of the SDOF’s monthly meeting initiative, aims to educate the community on vital aspects of cardiac wellness. Attendees will receive expert insights from two highly regarded specialist nurses — Reena Thomas and Babitha Kuriakose — who bring a wealth of professional knowledge and practical advice on maintaining a healthy heart.

The event theme, "Healthy Heart, Healthy Life—Empower Yourself with Knowledge!", underscores the importance of proactive health management and education in preventing cardiovascular disease.
