On Sunday, 8th September 2024, the Martha Mariam Vanitha Samajam (MMVS) successfully hosted a delightful Pothichor Sale at St. George Indian Orthodox Church, Brisbane! 🌿🍴

This special event featured the sale of traditional banana leaf-wrapped meals, fondly known as Pothichor, which was a huge hit within the community. Priced at $25, the meals were prepared with love and care, and the variety of traditional items offered in the meal truly brought a taste of home to Brisbane.

The event saw fantastic support from the parishioners, with pre-orders pouring in, making it a resounding success. The funds raised from the event will go towards church activities and charitable initiatives organized by MMVS, further strengthening our church community.
