Brisbane, 16th February 2025 – The much-awaited SWAAD 2025 Indian Food Festival officially kicked off its journey with the grand unveiling of its official poster! The event took place at St. George Indian Orthodox Church, Brisbane, where Rev. Fr. Liju Samuel had the honour of unveiling the vibrant and captivating poster, marking the start of the countdown to this multicultural extravaganza.

The launch was a significant milestone for SWAAD 2025, symbolising the festival’s commitment to celebrating Indian heritage through delicious cuisine, spectacular performances, and a family-friendly atmosphere. Community members, volunteers, and supporters gathered to witness the moment, expressing their excitement for what promises to be an unforgettable festival.

Set to take place on Saturday, 31st May 2025, from 10 AM to 5 PM, at 479 Mount Petrie Rd, MacKenzie, Brisbane, SWAAD 2025 is gearing up to be a vibrant showcase of Indian flavours, culture, and entertainment.

With free entry, visitors can look forward to indulging in a variety of authentic Indian dishes, enjoying live cultural performances, and participating in fun activities for all ages. The event is proudly supported by the Queensland Government and Brisbane City Council.
